The story follows FBI Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully after their X-Files division is shut down. When a deadly bombing in Dallas leads to a mysterious cover-up involving alien DNA and a global conspiracy, Mulder and Scully are drawn into their most dangerous investigation yet. They uncover evidence of an alien virus buried deep in the Earth — a biological weapon connected to a shadowy group known as the Syndicate, which is working with extraterrestrials to prepare for colonization.
As they race to expose the truth, Mulder and Scully’s partnership and beliefs are put to the test like never before.
