When a man named Duffy Haskell comes to Doggett and Scully with the claim his wife was murdered by doctors after she gave birth to an alien, Scully realizes one of the doctors in question is hers. As Scully searches for answers, she has a series of flashbacks to when she attempted IVF treatment with Mulder’s help. This episode was written by Chris Carter and Frank Spotnitz. Directed by Kim Manners.
